Amazon FBA is now a first-class channel: the adapter registers a per-marketplace reconcile pass against the FBA inventory ledger so reconciliation drift between FBA and Shopify/TikTok Shop surfaces in the same alert list as every other channel. The threshold engine runs unchanged — the same per-SKU reorder rules and lead times that drive your existing alerts now cover FBA stock without a separate workflow.
A real-time Shopify webhook handler now lands inventory changes into the reconciliation pass within seconds of a stock event. Previously the engine relied on a periodic pull, which meant a freshly-sold-out SKU stayed green until the next job — the webhook closes that gap so the alert list reflects what just happened, not what was true at the last poll.
Every row on the alert list now carries a confidence indicator so on-call ops can scan the backlog in one view. The badge reads the per-SKU threshold alongside the most recent reconcile pass and surfaces one of three states — confident, review, investigate — so the noisy middle of the list is no longer the part a buyer has to triage by hand.
Every approved and rejected decision now opens an explainability panel that names the inputs the decision was made from and the threshold that fired. A reviewer can answer "why did we place this PO?" in one click, and an audit log captures the same data so the trail is the same whether the reviewer clicked the row last week or next quarter.
Every alert row now carries a kind badge — Short, Excess, Drift — so the alert list reads at a glance instead of demanding a column-by-column walk. The reconcile bridge view pairs each alert with the per-warehouse source-of-truth row it was generated from, replacing the weekly spreadsheet reconciliation that ops teams used to maintain by hand.
